About the Program
TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Purpose
The Tourism and Hospitality Management Program, a two-year associate degree program, aims to meet the need for mid-level personnel who can work in production processes and who are ready to open their own businesses, with high-level professional automation skills and a solid grasp of foreign languages, and capable of performing their work in English and in a computer environment. The program seeks to train youths who have adopted their professions as a lifestyle, who do not require additional training in the sector beyond the knowledge and skills acquired at school, and who possess the characteristics of mid-level management.

Required Qualifications
For students to enroll in the Tourism and Hospitality Management program and to increase their success prospects as Tourism Professionals after graduation, they must primarily be disciplined, able to manage resources, time, and labor across all branches of the tourism industry, responsible, and capable of analytical thinking. Additionally, to be a successful tourism professional, it is necessary to follow developments in the global and Turkish tourism sectors and to improve foreign language proficiency.
Graduates’ Titles
Graduates of the Tourism and Hospitality Management program are awarded the title of Tourism Professional.
